CLUB EMPATHY INFORMATION

After signing up, you will receive our latest release, generally within 5-10 business days. The wine you will receive will display in your cart. 

After this first shipment, we send wine club shipments three times a year with the latest vintage of our Rose, White, and Red. You will receive an email about 10 days prior to the billing of your shipment. 

Rose is released in Spring (usually March or April) 

White is released in Summer (usually May or June) 

Red is released in Fall (usually September or October)

For example, if you sign up for the club in January, you will receive the latest release of our red within 5-10 days. You will then receive the next scheduled release of Rose during the club release in March or April.

You will receive a discount on all Empathy purchases after your first shipment is processed. Please note that you must be logged in to receive this discount.

Membership may be canceled after fulfilling a two-shipment minimum. You may skip up to one club shipment per year.

You can make changes or updates to your order prior to billing. Once an order has been processed/shipped, we have the ability to hold, redirect (within state lines), or cancel an order, however shipping and/or restocking fees will apply.
